Connects directly to domestic Xilinx development boards (10-pin JTAG, e.g., Heijin/Black Gold). 14-pin target boards can be connected using the included jumper wires (pin-to-pin mapping). The JTAG section features buffering and supports the full BANK voltage range of 1.65V to 5.5V.
