Universal Windscreen Crack Repair Kit

A field-proven solution for UK drivers, this windscreen repair kit uses automotive-grade ABS casing, FDA-compliant silicone tubing, and rustproof metal tooling. Dimensions: 14.2 × 8.1 × 4.3 cm; weight: 275g. Designed for universal fit across passenger cars, SUVs, vans, and light commercial vehicles sold in Great Britain — including models with acoustic laminates or solar-reflective interlayers. All tools are pre-calibrated and ready for immediate use — no assembly or setup required. Includes: vacuum exhaust pump with ergonomic palm grip, stainless steel precision blade with safety guard, ultra-fine tungsten-carbide pick (0.25mm tip), reinforced suction-cup mouthpiece with quick-release valve, 48cm flexible silicone tube, and dual UV-curing films (square and cylindrical). The UV-curing resin contains 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate and has undergone accelerated ageing tests (ISO 4892-3) showing no yellowing or haze after 1,000 hours of simulated UV exposure. Repair sequence begins with surface prep, followed by controlled vacuum evacuation (60–90 sec), low-pressure resin infusion, and final UV exposure (10–30 min). The dual-film system ensures full coverage and even pressure on both planar and compound-curved surfaces — critical for achieving MOT-acceptable clarity on vehicles such as Vauxhall Corsa, Peugeot 208, or Toyota Corolla — where inconsistent curing leads to rejection during annual inspection.
