Universal PP Cup Insulator Sleeve Set

Precise metric sizing: 80 mm tall × 74 mm wide × 30 mm deep. Manufactured using high-precision injection moulding for repeatable wall thickness and edge finish. Base material: virgin PP (no regrind), ensuring consistent melt flow and surface hardness. Thermal performance benchmark: reduces finger-skin temperature rise by 3.2–4.1°C over 90 seconds vs. unsleeved control (tested per BS EN ISO 13732-1 methodology). Grip enhancement: measured static friction coefficient of 0.48 on dry ceramic tile vs. 0.32 for bare paper cup — confirming meaningful slip resistance improvement. Colour application: pigments integrated at polymer melt stage, not surface-coated, ensuring fade resistance through repeated handling. Developed in consultation with UK café operators facing rising complaints about ‘too-hot-to-hold’ cups during winter months and outdoor service. Prioritises reliability over novelty: no adhesives, no moving parts, no assembly required — just slide on and use. Fully compatible with existing cup carriers, cup racks and automated labelling equipment. Primary adoption channels: direct-to-consumer via Amazon UK, wholesale to regional coffee distributors, B2B sales to NHS trusts and university estates departments seeking low-risk H&S improvements, and sustainability consultants specifying practical circularity upgrades for hospitality clients.
