Two-Way Window Intercom Microphone for Service Counters, Banks & Offices

Two-Way Window Intercom for Clear Service Communication This two-way window intercom is designed to support clear, efficient communication at service counters and reception points. It uses two-way speech intercom technology to automatically identify and process voice-stack numbers, so staff and customers can speak naturally without needing to press buttons or adjust controls during a call. The built-in side noise suppression chip, complete with automatic squelch, helps reduce howling and keeps conversations clearer in busy environments. Practical Features for Everyday Use The system can output both internal and external two-channel audio signals, working alongside bank counter recording setups, and uses a stereo jack output for straightforward connection. It also includes a recording function that operates independently of the power switch and function keys, giving you reliable operation without extra steps. The microphone and speaker in the outdoor unit are integrated, and the unit connects to the host through a simple lead-in connection, which makes installation more straightforward. Flexible Mounting and Simple Operation The secondary unit can be mounted on a wall using the included double-sided tape or attached directly to glass, offering flexibility depending on your counter layout. It features two-channel adjustment with dynamic channel indicator lights, making it easy to monitor and control. This intercom is well suited for businesses, offices, hospitals, stations, catering outlets, and ticket windows where dependable two-way communication is essential.
