Toolless Cat6 RJ45 Keystone Jack

This keystone-style RJ45 female jack is certified for Cat6 UTP network cabling applications. It conforms to standard keystone dimensions (45.5 mm wide × 23.5 mm deep × 22 mm high) and weighs approximately 12 g. The housing is made from high-impact, optically clear polycarbonate — chosen for impact resistance, thermal stability and UV tolerance. Compatible with 22–26 AWG unshielded twisted pair (UTP) cables, whether solid or stranded core. Uses a printed circuit board (PCB) substrate to fix contact positions precisely, improving impedance matching and reducing alien crosstalk. Contacts are plated with 50 microinches of gold over nickel barrier layer for durability and conductivity. A permanent, recessed TIA-568A/B wiring diagram is embedded into the lid surface. Installation requires no tools: strip cable, arrange wires per colour code shown on lid, insert fully into channels, then close lid until audible click confirms secure engagement. Lid actuation applies calibrated pressure to displace insulation and establish gas-tight metal-to-metal contact with each conductor. Fully interoperable with legacy Cat5e and Cat5 infrastructure. Mounts into all standard UK/EU keystone-compatible devices — including MK Logic Plus, Busch-Jaeger Acro, Legrand QSystem, and generic DIN-rail patch panels. Commonly deployed in fibre-to-the-premises (FTTP) handover points, co-working space renovations, university campus network refreshes and local authority digital inclusion projects — wherever fast, fault-free terminations and compliance with BS EN 50173-1 cabling standards are mandatory.
