Thermal Imaging Sensor Module 32x24 Infrared Temperature Array I2C for Arduino & Raspberry Pi

Thermal Imaging in a Compact Module This module brings infrared thermal sensing to your projects with a 32 by 24 pixel sensor array, capturing detailed temperature data for accurate mapping and analysis. Whether you are working on industrial monitoring, motion detection, or thermal analysis systems, the sensor delivers reliable readings across a wide field of view. Detection Range and Accuracy With the ability to detect human presence at distances of up to 7 metres, this sensor offers a practical solution for presence and motion detection applications. Temperature readings are accurate to within ±2.5°C, giving you dependable data for thermal monitoring tasks where precision matters. Simple Integration with I2C The module uses the I2C interface, making it straightforward to connect with microcontrollers such as Arduino and Raspberry Pi. This compatibility allows you to incorporate thermal imaging into existing projects without complex wiring or additional hardware, saving time during development and prototyping. Configurable Alerts An onboard programmable interrupt pin can be set to trigger when pixel values exceed your chosen thresholds. This feature enables real-time alerts for temperature monitoring, so you can respond quickly to changing conditions without continuously polling the sensor. The flexibility to define trigger levels makes the module suitable for a range of automated monitoring setups.
