Verify your scooter model is 1S/Pro/Pro 2 and ensure it is the original model. Copies may not be compatible. To use this governor, replace the Bluetooth board and controller. B. This product modifies the software to increase speed. If your original motor is 250W, performance may be limited as the motor restricts top speed. The motor may not support speeds up to 38km/h. For optimal results, upgrade to a 350W or higher motor. C. This product is intended for private use only. Modification may affect controller software, void insurance, and carry risks. The governor has two speed modes: (1) Low speed mode – up to 20km/h (factory default). (2) High speed mode – up to 38km/h. Installation Steps: 1. Turn off the scooter. 2. Remove the four screws located under the meter on the scooter’s riser. Keep these screws. 3. Open the housing. Locate the wire connecting the meter; find the middle connector and unplug it. 4. Insert the governor between the meter and the wire, ensuring proper alignment without damaging internal pins. 5. Place the governor in the center of the riser and reattach the four screws. 6. Press and hold the power button on the Bluetooth board to turn on the scooter. 7. Pull the brake three times, then press the throttle three times. The governor will display 38, indicating the update process has started. Do not operate during this time. Wait until the display shows 0, indicating completion. Turn off the scooter, then restart.
