Solid Resin Tooth Filling Adhesive

Two 50g units of solid resin-based cosmetic adhesive, supplied in discrete pellet form. Each pellet is uniform in size and composition, ensuring reproducible melting behaviour and consistent working properties. The base material is a medical-grade plastic resin, free from latex, BPA, and heavy metals, formulated for brief intraoral contact. Net weight per unit: 50g. Compact and portable — ideal for kit inclusion or travel. Application begins with thermal activation: 12 pellets placed in boiling water, stirred until homogenised into a viscous, clay-like mass. At this stage, it retains excellent tack and plasticity for up to 90 seconds before beginning to stiffen. Shaping is intuitive and requires no special tools — fingers suffice. Once contoured, the material cools rapidly; submersion in cold water achieves full hardness in under 30 seconds. Final surface may be lightly abraded with fine sandpaper for optical clarity and tactile smoothness. Intended strictly for temporary, non-occlusal use — i.e., not for chewing surfaces — it delivers reliable visual correction for chipped, broken, or missing anterior teeth. Its inert, non-porous structure resists staining and microbial adhesion, supporting both aesthetic and basic oral hygiene needs during wear.
