Solar Anti-Backflow Diode Module

This ideal diode module provides intelligent, low-loss anti-backflow protection for solar and battery DC systems. Rated for 5–60V DC operation and 15A continuous current (18A peak), it utilises dual parallel MOSFETs each with 8 mΩ on-resistance to achieve minimal conduction loss and excellent thermal efficiency. Physical size: approx. 50 × 22.8 mm; includes one matched heat sink for passive cooling. Quiescent current is only 0.2mA at 12V. Functional across -40°C to +85°C ambient temperatures. Designed for use in solar panel reverse-current prevention, battery charging isolation, and DC-DC converter output protection — compatible with constant voltage and constant current topologies. Widely applied in UK residential solar + storage, mobile solar setups, and industrial telemetry power systems.
