Reversible 40A PWM Motor Controller

Compact module size: 125 × 76 × 27 mm (4.92 × 3 × 1.06 in); panel opening required: 119 × 70 mm (4.7 × 2.75 in). Operates on wide-input DC 10–55 V — compatible with standard 12V, 24V, 36V and 48V battery or power supply systems. Rated for continuous 40 A output, with 60 A surge capacity. Designed exclusively for brushed DC motors. Output voltage varies linearly under load. Uses 15 kHz PWM switching frequency for smooth torque delivery and reduced electromagnetic interference. Connection via secure fence-style terminal block. Features include a backlit LCD showing speed (%), direction (F/R), current, mode (manual/automatic), and elapsed runtime. Supports user-defined slow-start and slow-stop delays (0–10 sec), minimum and maximum speed constraints (0–80% and 0–100%), and seven discrete acceleration/deceleration step sizes (1% to 25% per button press). In automatic mode, forward, stop, and reverse durations are individually programmable from 1 second to 99 hours — ideal for cyclic motion tasks. Built for durability and functional clarity: no potentiometer means no calibration drift or mechanical failure; tactile switches ensure reliable actuation; and the full parameter set enables fine-tuned adaptation to motor inertia, load profile, and application timing requirements.
