Reusable Gel Cold Therapy Sock

Dimensions: One size fits most adult feet and ankles (approx. 25–30 cm foot length, 18–22 cm ankle circumference). Weight: 180 g per sock. Gel layer thickness: 4 mm. Outer fabric: Lycra blend for stretch, breathability and skin comfort. Inner gel: Non-toxic, odourless, reusable thermogel that retains cold or heat effectively. Designed for targeted application on foot arch, heel, Achilles tendon and ankle joint. The gel core remains pliable even when fully frozen, allowing full range of motion while delivering consistent therapeutic temperature. Compatible with both cold therapy (refrigerator or freezer) and hot therapy (warm water bath up to 60°C). No leakage, no melting, no refilling required — simply chill or warm and apply directly to affected area.
