Reusable Gel Ankle Foot Cold Wrap

Dimensions: One size fits most adult feet and ankles (approx. 25–32 cm foot length, 18–26 cm ankle circumference). Weight: 280 g per pair. Gel layer thickness: 4 mm uniform coverage. Outer fabric: 85% nylon, 15% spandex (Lycra®-style stretch knit). Inner gel: non-toxic, medical-grade polymer gel, sealed in leak-proof TPU laminate pouch. Reusable for 500+ freeze/thaw cycles. Washable outer fabric (hand wash, air dry). Compatible with freezer (-18°C) and warm water (up to 40°C) for hot therapy. The gel retains cold for up to 30 minutes at room temperature (20°C), or heat for up to 20 minutes after warm-water activation. Conforms comfortably to foot arch, heel, Achilles tendon and ankle joint without slipping or restricting movement. Soft-gel remains pliable when frozen — no rigid cracking or pressure points. Designed for targeted relief of localized inflammation and pain. Ideal for daily self-care at home or post-clinic use: supports recovery from plantar fasciitis flare-ups, mild-to-moderate Achilles tendinopathy, post-sprain swelling, arthritic foot stiffness, and early-stage post-surgical edema management (e.g., after bunionectomy or soft-tissue foot procedures). Not intended for open wounds or severe acute trauma.
