The replacement lens foot mounts identically to the old, secured to the lens base with four screws. The base plate has been extended (total length 12cm), allowing the camera and lens to rest flat on a table. The base plate is 2.5cm from the lens , providing a comfortable grip when holding the lens. The base retains a 38mm Arca dovetail mount, allowing it to be directly attached to standard Arca gimbal mounts.
