Before use, clean the measuring surface and correct the zero position. 0-25 mm is directly aligned with the zero position: 25mm or more, use school team gauge to align with zero position. 2. The zero position correction method: if the 0-bit line is not aligned with the reference line, first loosen the clamping screw with a screwdriver, adjust the position of the reference line with a spanner so that the reference line is aligned with the 0-bit line, then tighten it with a screwdriver. Tighten the screws. 3. When measuring, the micrometer should be perpendicular to the workpiece, and the force-measuring device should be rotated. When the measuring surface comes into contact with the workpiece, the force-measuring device should be slightly rotated .This is the actual size of the part to be measured. 4. The locking device can be moved back and forth by the passive micrometer screw. Loosen right, lock left. 5. When measuring, the left hand should hold the heat shield to prevent body temperature from being transmitted to the micrometer, causing measurement errors. 6. One end of the wrench can adjust the zero position, and the other end can tighten the force measuring device. A little reminder: 1. The micrometer is a precision measuring tool. It should be handled with care when in use. After use, apply anti-rust oil to the exposed parts and put it in the box to prevent it from being in a dry and ventilated place. 2. Do not turn the differential cylinder forcefully during the measurement, so as not to damage the accuracy. 3.
