1. Neutral density filters ND reduce the amount of light entering the camera without changing colour. They enable longer shutter speeds and, by allowing wider apertures, help separate the subject from the background to reduce depth of field. This makes them ideal for portraits and outdoor scenes. 2. These filters are double threaded to fit additional filters or accessories on top of each other. Extend the entire length for use with a telephoto lens, or cut half for wide angle shooting. 3. UV filters protect the lens from scratches, fingerprints, and absorb ultraviolet light. They provide sharper contrast for video and digital images and help reduce ghosting from reflected light. 4. LCP filters eliminate unwanted reflections on non metallic surfaces such as water or glass. They increase colour and contrast by reducing reflections from non metallic surfaces, improving the clarity of distant objects. Leaves appear richer and the sky looks blue.
