Parachute Interval Training is a high-intensity type of exercise. You train at 80 - 100% of your maximum heart rate. High intensity training is an explosive form of exercise that causes the muscles to set themselves to hard physical activity. During training, a lot of energy is incinerated, the glycogen supply in the muscles is broken down and signals to the body that it needs more energy, which means that the combustion is started.
