1. Collect urine in a clean and dry container. Do not use first morning urine. The best time to collect urine is between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Try to use the urine sample at the same time each day. After about three seconds, remove the strip and place it flat. Read the result within 10 to 20 minutes. Do not read results after 30 minutes.
