Multi-Surface Glass Repair Paste

A single-component, moisture-curing nano-paste engineered for optical-grade glass restoration. Volume: 30ml. Density: ~1.12 g/cm³. Shelf life: 24 months unopened; 6 months after first use if sealed tightly. Composed of silane-modified oligomers and nano-dispersed quartz particles for enhanced hardness and refractive consistency. Safe for use on untreated soda-lime glass, borosilicate glass (e.g., labware), and select tempered display panels — not recommended for AR/oleophobic-coated smartphone screens without patch testing. Application begins with surface degreasing and drying, followed by controlled dispensing into the defect using the included precision tip. A vacuum-assisted suction cup ensures even pressure distribution during curing, while the stainless steel scraper removes excess material pre-cure for flush finishing. Full optical clarity develops within 2–4 hours at 15–25°C; mechanical stability reaches optimum after 24 hours. Designed for UK homeowners, fleet maintenance teams and tech-savvy consumers seeking reliable, repeatable results. Performance validated under real-world conditions: passed 500-cycle abrasion testing (CS-10 wheel, 1000g load), retained >92% transmittance after 1000h QUV-A UV exposure, and showed no adhesion loss after 7-day immersion in distilled water at 40°C.
