MAX31856 Thermocouple Module This is an A/D converter using the MAX31856 IC. Thermocouples output mV analog signals, which cannot be detected by microcontrollers. This board converts these signals to digital data and enables transmission to microcontrollers via the SPI communication protocol. While different A/D converters and amplifiers are typically used for different thermocouple types, this module is compatible with all thermocouple types (K, J, N, R, S, T, E, B). It features SPI interface support and is compatible with development boards.
