This 2-pack hydraulic float valve system provides passive, fail-safe water level management for tanks, troughs, and reservoirs. Each valve is constructed entirely from food-grade stainless steel (304), with a primary 1/2 inch BSP inlet and bundled adapters for 3/4 inch and 1 inch pipe connections. Unit dimensions: ~12 cm × 5 cm × 8 cm; net weight per valve: ~350 g. Silicone-sealed plunger ensures tight shut-off; integrated stainless steel mesh filter guards against grit and organic debris. Operating range: 0°C to 100°C. Includes both upper and side inlet configurations, plus two pieces of PTFE sealing tape. The design leverages simple physics: water level decline causes float descent → plunger lifts → flow begins; level rise lifts float → plunger reseats → flow halts. Response is immediate and proportional — no lag, overshoot, or hysteresis.
