GY6 50cc Scooter Lock Replacement Kit

A functional, no-compromise lock replacement kit for GY6 49cc–50cc scooters. Contains one ignition switch (5-wire), one saddle lock, one fuel tank cap lock, one panel lock, two metal keys, and two metal mounting brackets. All components are manufactured from metal — no plastic housings or brittle alloys. Typical dimensions: ignition switch 6.5 × 4.2 × 3.8 cm; seat lock 7.0 × 3.5 × 2.8 cm; fuel cap 6.0 cm diameter; panel lock 5.0 × 3.0 × 2.5 cm. Total weight approx. 320g. Designed for mechanical and electrical compatibility with Sunl, Peace, Roketa, Jonway, and Tank models using the GY6 platform. The ignition switch delivers reliable contact closure and clean signal separation across all five circuits. The saddle lock engages the OEM seat pivot bolt with minimal play. The fuel cap lock incorporates a positive-click detent for clear feedback on full engagement. The panel lock fits snugly into standard GY6 side cover cutouts and resists accidental opening during riding. Intended for practical application: replacing corroded or broken locks, restoring function after theft or damage, or improving baseline security on entry-level 50cc scooters commonly used for A1 licence training, campus transport, or last-mile delivery in UK towns and cities.
