Golf Swing Coordination Aid

This swing coordination aid focuses specifically on synchronising wrist, arm, and shoulder movement during the full swing cycle. With a streamlined 38 cm profile and sub-200g weight, it is constructed from flexible yet dimensionally stable polymer. Its open-frame design allows natural grip placement while guiding hand path and shaft angle — promoting connected motion rather than isolated limb action. The trainer works by limiting degrees of freedom just enough to expose timing mismatches: for example, if the wrists unhinge too early or the arms outrun the torso, the device creates subtle instability that encourages correction. Users gradually learn to initiate the downswing with lower-body rotation while preserving upper-body structure — a hallmark of efficient ball-striking. It also reinforces neutral grip pressure, preventing tension-induced breakdowns in the release. Recommended for players transitioning from beginner to intermediate level, or those returning from injury seeking re-education of movement patterns. It pairs well with slow-motion mirror work or smartphone video review, adding a physical layer to visual analysis. Because it relies solely on mechanical interaction, results are independent of software updates, battery life, or calibration accuracy.
