Folding Hex Mesh Mosquito Net Tent Large

Standing at 200 cm tall with a square footprint of 200 x 200 cm, this freestanding mosquito net tent is built for generous personal or shared space coverage. Its lightweight steel frame is fully collapsible via hinge joints and encased in soft-touch polyester mesh with hexagonal weave — offering superior tensile strength and uniform aperture distribution compared to standard rectangular mesh. Total weight is 1.2 kg, and it includes a dedicated drawstring storage bag measuring 35 x 12 x 12 cm. Air permeability is maximised through intentional mesh density: fine enough to block UK-common houseflies (approx. 0.8–1.2 mm) and biting midges, yet open enough to allow steady airflow even in still, humid conditions. Entry is via a vertical YKK-style zipper running the full height of one side, backed by a secondary fabric overlap that tucks securely under tension — eliminating drafts and entry points. Cleaning requires only a cold machine wash and air drying; no ironing or special detergents needed. Use indoors to create a fly-free sleeping zone around beds or sofas, especially useful in ground-floor flats or older UK homes prone to seasonal fly ingress. Outdoors, deploy it on patios, decking, or grassy garden spots during evening meals or weekend barbecues. Also serves as a practical food canopy — simply drape and secure over serving tables to keep sandwiches, fruit platters, and desserts protected from airborne contaminants.
