Flame Resistant 24 Inch Deck Protector

This 61 cm (24 inch) fire pit mat is purpose-built to protect decks, patios, and other sensitive outdoor surfaces from heat damage caused by fire pits, chimineas, and portable heaters. Constructed with a reinforced silicone-coated fabric, it withstands sustained contact with hot embers and radiant heat up to manufacturer-specified thresholds. Its circular geometry and exact dimension ensure complete coverage beneath standard midsize fire units without overhang or gap exposure. The mat’s midrange size strikes a functional balance: large enough to contain typical ember scatter zones around 24-inch fire bowls, yet compact enough to be stored vertically in garden sheds or under benches. It does not require anchoring or adhesives, relying instead on its own weight and surface grip for secure positioning. Real-world use includes year-round protection for UK garden decks exposed to damp and frost, safeguarding high-value composite terraces in urban balconies, and enabling compliant outdoor heating in leasehold properties where surface damage liability is a concern.
