Drop Stick Reflex Trainer Adjustable Speed

This drop stick reflex trainer stands 28 cm high when fully assembled, with six 15 cm × 1.2 cm reflective sticks and a compact ABS plastic base weighing 320 g total. Powered by 3 AA batteries (not included), it features an internal motorised release mechanism offering three calibrated speed settings — slow (approx. 1.8 sec interval), medium (approx. 1.2 sec), and fast (approx. 0.7 sec) — each maintaining consistent mechanical reliability across repeated use. All components are injection-moulded ABS with rounded edges and matte-textured grip zones on the base for stability during play. Each drop is triggered independently with minor angular variance, ensuring no two drops follow identical trajectories — training peripheral awareness, anticipatory focus, and fine motor adjustment in real time. The reflective surface enhances contrast against common indoor backgrounds (e.g., walls, carpets, desks), supporting consistent visual targeting regardless of room lighting. Designed for structured skill development, it supports single-user drills, paired reaction challenges, or group-led coordination exercises. Frequently integrated into secondary school PE curricula, post-injury rehab routines, and workplace wellness initiatives focused on cognitive-motor integration.
