The test cables must be in great condition. Before use, check if the insulation of the test cables is damaged and if the metal wire of the leads is exposed5. When using, make sure to use the correct function and range2. Do not exceed the indicated values for the guard range of each range during measurement3. When connecting the instrument to the measuring circuit, do not touch the tip (metal part) of the test cables4. During measurement, if the measured voltage is higher than 60V DC or 30V AC (rms), pay attention to keep your fingertips behind the test cable guard5.
