Digital Hose Timer IP65 Rated

With physical dimensions of 12.5 x 8.5 x 6.5 cm and a mass of 320 g, this digital hose timer handles up to 12 L/min at inlet pressures from 0.1 to 0.8 MPa. It operates on 4 AA batteries (not included) and includes a responsive keypad and clear LCD readout. Upon battery insertion, it executes an automatic valve self-test — audibly clicking and displaying confirmation — ensuring functional readiness prior to scheduling. The housing is injection-moulded from UV-resistant ABS and certified IP65 for full dust exclusion and resistance to water projected by a nozzle from any angle. Compatible with standard UK 3/4" GHT connections, it works with rotary, impulse, and oscillating sprinklers, as well as 16 mm drip irrigation kits. Its compact size supports installation in space-limited locations: clipped to railings, tucked behind tap covers, or mounted vertically on shed walls. Use for revitalising small lawns in early spring: set gentle morning cycles to avoid runoff and encourage deep rooting. On rented flats or student accommodations, manage balcony planters autonomously — keeping mint, lettuce, or geraniums hydrated through exams or holidays. In home vegetable plots, link with drip lines to deliver water directly to roots — minimising waste and fungal risk — while scaling timing as crops progress from seedling to harvest stage.
