Only direct heating a steel material ( the magnet can be adsorbed material). Gold, silver, copper, aluminum can not be directly heated, need to match the graphite crucible melting. Work brass heating will need e a lot of water circulation cooling. Without water circulating cooling are possible, but will burn into a black vortex brass, it will not be much affected. Please notice the place of anode and cathode, incorrect way of installation would cause smell of burning. Connect the spiral copper pipe before power on,  Otherwise it will cause electric shock. Input wire: must more than 1.5 square copper wire(if the line was too small, power tube will be burned down) If the power supply without protective measures, don`t put the iron rod into the Vortex tubes, Otherwise power tube will be burned down.
