One-click measurement operation, automatic shutdown after a delay.
Shutdown current is only 20nA, supporting battery operation.
Supports measurement of two resistors, and potentiometers can also be measured. If the potentiometer is adjusted to one end, the tester cannot distinguish between the middle and end pins.
Resistance measurement resolution is 0.1, and the highest measured value reaches 50MΩ.
Automatically detects PNP and NPN bipolar transistors, N and P channel MOSFETs, JFET field-effect transistors, diodes, dual diodes, thyristors, resistors, capacitors, and inductors.
Automatically detects pin definitions.
Measures the current amplification factor (β) of the bipolar transistor and the forward voltage (Uf) of the emitter junction.
Transistors can be identified by their high threshold voltage and high current amplification factor.
Capacitance measurement range is from 25pF to 100mF (100,000µF).
Resolution can reach 1pF, and the inductance measurement range is 0.01mH-20H. Otherwise, it is displayed as resistance. If the DC resistance value of the inductor is higher than 2100Ω, it will also be displayed as resistance.
When testing the capacitor, Vloss displayed on the screen means loss and attenuation. The larger the value, the closer the capacitor is to being scrapped!
ESR is impedance. The lower the value, the better the capacitor performance!
The protection diodes inside bipolar transistors and MOSFETs can be detected and displayed on the screen.
It can detect the equivalent series resistance (ESR) of capacitors over 2µF with a resolution of 0.01Ω. This function is very important for testing capacitor performance.
It is possible to display the correct direction signs for both diodes, as well as the forward voltage drop.
Measures the threshold voltage and gate capacitance of MOSFETs.
The LED is detected as a diode, and the forward voltage drop is higher than the normal value.
Dual LED detection is a dual diode. The LED blinks during detection.
The time for each test is about two seconds; only capacitance and inductance measurements take longer.
Power Supply: DC9V (you need to bring your own 9V laminated battery 6F22)
