BLDC ESC Three-Phase Brushless Hall-Free DC Motor Controller

This electronic speed controller operates DC three-phase brushless motors without Hall sensors for industrial tools like air, water, and oil pumps, as well as fans. It maintains stable performance across varying electrical loads within a defined operating range. 1. Compatible with multiple motor pole configurations, supporting maximum speeds of 224,000 RPM for 2-pole motors, 74,000 RPM for 6-pole, 40,000 RPM for 12-pole, and 35,000 RPM for 14-pole designs. 2. Functions on a 6.5 to 24 volt input with a rated drive current of 12 amperes, extending to 20 amperes when paired with external fan cooling. 3. Features automatic thermal management that lowers power output when internal temperatures rise above 100 degrees Celsius and restores standard operation after cooling. 4. Allows speed regulation through either a mounted potentiometer or an external PLC 0 to 5 volt signal interface. 5. Constructed from ABS housing and supplied as a single unit package containing one DC motor controller.
