Awl-Based Leather Hand Stitcher

Manual awl-based leather stitching tool with hardened steel construction and solid wood handle. Approx. 12 cm long, 180 g. Includes stainless-steel needle, lock nut, coil ring, two pins, and one spool of braided waxed thread. Needle inserts directly into the awl shaft and is locked in place — ensuring stability and repeatability. Consistent thread feed prevents knotting, especially important when working with low-moisture leathers prone to fibre snagging. Designed for controlled, rhythmic hand-stitching — supports traditional saddle, whip, and running stitches on leather, canvas, sailcloth, webbing, and upholstery fabrics.
