The MX341 is a two-phase automatic voltage regulator (AVR) and part of the excitation system compatible with a brushless generator. Excitation power is supplied by a three-phase permanent magnet generator (PMG) to isolate the AVR control circuits from the effects of non-linear loads and reduce high-frequency interference at the generator terminals. Another feature of the PMG system is the prevention of sustained generator short-circuit current.The AVR senses the voltage in the main generator winding and regulates the power supplied to the excitation stator. The main rotor maintains the generator output voltage within specified limits and compensates compatible with load fluctuations, temperature, and generator power factor.The AVR has the capability to connect a droop current transcompatible withmer to enable parallel operation with other similarly equipped generators.Color: BlackMaterial: Metal + PCSize: 15.3 x 13.9 x 3.9 cmPackage Contents:1 x Voltage Regulator1 x User ManualOnly the above items are included.
