After the machine is powered on, first turn on the voltage regulating switch of gear 0-6. Generally, the knife temperature is adjusted to a slight red to orange red level, which shall be determined according to the actual size of the chicken. The fan starts after the voltage regulating switch is turned on, and the air volume is automatically adjusted with the voltage. <br>2. After the waiting knife turns red, start the motor to start the ship type switch immediately. <br>3. According to the size of the chicken, select the hole diameter of the micro knife, then lift the feet of the chicken with the left hand, press the back brain of the chicken with the right thumb, press the throat of the chicken with the index finger, then extend the beak into the hole of the knife, stop bleeding for 2-3 seconds after the knife falls. <br>4. If it is found that the blade is hot but not red, first check whether the fixed screw of the blade is tightened, and then check the oxide skin of the blade. If the oxide skin is too thick, remove the moving blade and use fine gauze to remove the oxide skin. <br>5. This machine is a three core power line, and the specified one core shall be grounded to ensure the safety of power consumption. <br>6. After use, turn off the power, unplug the power plug, and wrap it with plastic bag after the whole machine cools to prevent dust and moisture. <br>7.
