The AD9833 is a low power programmable waveform generator capable of producing sine, triangle, and square wave outputs. It features a standard serial interface allowing direct connection to microprocessors for frequency and phase control without external components. 1. Supports output generation of sine, triangle, and square waves with a frequency range from 0 to 12.5 MHz. 2. Operates on a 2.3 V to 5.5 V power supply with typical power consumption of 12.65 mW at 3 V. 3. Includes a standard serial interface compatible with DSPs and microcontrollers with clock frequencies up to 40 MHz. 4. Equipped with a power-down function to minimize power consumption by disabling internal components like the DAC. 5. Package includes one DDS module and one pin header.
