650°C Fireproof Thermal Insulation Mat

Physical specs: 1.5 metres long × 0.66 metres wide × 26–27 mm thick. Composed exclusively of hydrophobic nano aerogel felt — a modern, non-metallic, non-fibrous insulation medium with zero organic content. Temperature rating: continuous service up to 650°C (1202°F), with no melting, smoke emission, or toxic off-gassing. Primary roles: fire barrier, thermal insulator, noise reducer, vibration absorber, and moisture blocker. The aerogel’s nanoscale pore structure creates exceptional resistance to conductive and convective heat transfer while also scattering and absorbing sound waves across a broad frequency band. Its hydrophobic coating ensures no water ingress — critical for applications involving steam tracing, condensation-prone pipework, or intermittent wetting in garages or sheds. Lightweight design enables easy transport and precise placement without scaffolding or lifting aids. Typical deployments include insulating domestic combi-boilers, lagging hot-water pipes in rental properties, lining van conversion walls for heat/noise separation, shielding workshop benches from welding spatter, and reinforcing fire-rated partitions in light commercial buildings — all benefiting from its slim profile, rapid ROI via energy savings, and compliance-ready safety credentials.
