This drill positioner is manufactured using high-resolution FDM 3D printing with PLA filament, ensuring fine detail and structural integrity. Overall size is approximately 12 cm × 4 cm × 2.5 cm; mass is ~35 g. It enables rapid switching between five preset drilling orientations: horizontal (0°), shallow incline (30°), classic mitre (45°), steep incline (60°), and vertical (90°). The base sits flat and stable on most work surfaces, and the guide channel is sized to accept standard HSS drill bits up to 10 mm. Designed exclusively for handheld rotary tools—not compatible with drill presses or routers. Includes only the guide unit; no mounting hardware or supplementary items are supplied.
