32Bit ESP32 GRBL Board With Built-in WiFi

The MKS DLC32 V2.0 is a next-generation offline-capable control board for compact laser engraving systems. Built around the ESP32-WROOM-32U 32-bit MCU (240 MHz), it offers 8192 KB Flash and 520 KB RAM. Manufactured using industrial-grade PCB and structural metal components. Native support for 2.4-inch and 3.5-inch colour touch TFT screens enables rich graphical interfaces without add-on controllers. Integrated WiFi provides secure local network access for configuration, file transfer and remote supervision. Fully compatible with Grblaser and LightBurn software in PC-connected mode. Most notably, it supports fully autonomous operation: G-code files stored in internal Flash execute directly via touchscreen commands — no host computer required during engraving. Mechanical compatibility with MKS form factor ensures seamless integration into existing desktop engraver chassis. All I/O pinouts conform to standard GRBL conventions for stepper drivers, laser modulation and safety inputs. Package contains only the DLC32 motherboard and one USB cable — accessories such as screen, PSU or laser diode must be sourced separately. Engineered for reliability in UK/EU home workshops and technical education environments — where consistent performance, straightforward setup and freedom from recurring software licensing or vendor lock-in are top priorities.
