24V 20A LCD Digital Thermostat Controller

This digital thermostat controller operates on 24V DC power and supports a 20A relay load. It measures temperature across a wide range of -55°C to +120°C with 0.1°C display resolution. The unit features a dual-colour LCD display (red and blue) for clear visibility under varying lighting conditions. Physical dimensions are 79 × 43 × 26 mm, designed for panel mounting with a cut-out size of 74 × 39 mm. It includes built-in data backup to retain settings during power interruption. The package includes one W3230 controller unit and one external temperature sensor. The controller supports both cooling and heating modes, allowing users to select the appropriate operation mode depending on application needs. It enables independent setting of upper and lower temperature limits to prevent overheating or overcooling — an essential safety feature for equipment protection. A high-temperature alarm activates automatically when measured temperature reaches the preset threshold, providing timely visual and audible alerting (alarm function confirmed in description). Temperature calibration is supported, letting users adjust displayed readings to match reference instruments for improved field accuracy. Ideal for industrial enclosures, HVAC ducts, incubators, fermentation tanks, or any 24V-controlled thermal management system where precise, reliable, and safe temperature regulation is required.
