100A Dual-Voltage MPPT Controller

Rated for 12V or 24V battery systems and up to 100A continuous current, this MPPT solar charge controller handles 50V maximum PV input voltage and up to 750W (12V) or 1500W (24V) solar input power. Its industrial-grade control chip and 16-bit analog-to-digital sampling provide precise real-time readings of temperature, charging current, discharging current and instantaneous power generation. The large backlit LCD screen shows system status at a glance and enables custom configuration of charge/discharge thresholds, timing controls and stage voltages — provided battery specifications are known. Three-phase charging logic maintains optimal battery health. Safety protections cover overcurrent, short circuit, open circuit, reverse polarity (on both battery and PV sides), overheating and lightning surges. A dedicated two-way MOSFET anti-backflow circuit eliminates reverse current flow at night and minimises thermal loss during heavy-duty operation. Input and output use robust R5.0 DC sockets for quick, vibration-resistant connection. Temperature compensation automatically adjusts charge voltage relative to ambient conditions. Low-voltage disconnect (LVD) cuts load when battery falls below preset threshold and auto-resumes when voltage recovers.
