The OH49E linear Hall circuit consists of a voltage regulator, a Hall voltage generator, a linear amplifier, and an emitter follower. The input is magnetic induction and the output is proportional to the input. The quiescent output voltage (B = 0 GS) is half of the supply voltage. When the magnetic S-pole appears on the Hall sensor's marked surface, the drive output is above the zero level; the magnetic N-pole will drive the output below the zero level; the instantaneous and proportional output voltage levels determine the magnetic flux density of the most sensitive surface of the device.
