Product description Handheld alcohol refractometer Measurement tool of alcohol content 0~80% Widely used in scientific research, food industry production, alcohol purchasing and management Specification: Alcohol scale: 0-80% alcohol Divisions: 1% (0-60%) , 2% (60-80%) Reference temperature: 20C ATC: 10C~30C (50F~86F) Manual calibration with provided mini screwdriver Operation steps: 1.Open the daylight plate and place 2-3 drops of distilled water on the main prism. 2.Close the daylight plate and gently press it so that the water spreads over the entire surface of the prism without air bubbles or dry spots. 3.Wait 30 seconds to allow the sample to reach room temperature. 4.Hold the daylight plate in the direction of a light source and look into eyepiece, you will see a circular field with graduations in the center. 5.You may need to focus the eyepiece to see the graduations clearly. The upper part of the field should be blue, while the lower part should be white. 6. Take the reading where the blue and white dividing line crosses the graduated scale. 7.Clean the instrument with a soft, damp cloth after measurement, hold -the after drying.
