Sensorless 1600W BLDC Driver Module

This bare-board BLDC motor controller operates from 6 to 80V DC and delivers up to 1600W power with 20A continuous / 50A peak current handling. Based on the SNR8503M dedicated driver IC, it performs reliable sensorless (Hall-free) commutation, reducing system BOM and improving robustness. Functional interfaces include PWM speed control (1–20 kHz, 10–100% duty), analog potentiometer input (0.5–5V), UART serial port, FG tachometer output, CW/CCW direction selection, status LEDs, and firmware update header. Thermal management adapts to load: passive cooling suffices up to 5A; forced cooling is essential beyond that. Built-in protections include reverse-voltage, overcurrent, and stall detection. Typical applications span industrial pumps, medical devices, refrigeration compressors, fans, electric tools, automatic doors, air/water pumps, lawn mowers, agricultural sprayers, and underwater propulsion units.
