Its compact form factor (25–26g) allows easy handling and precise placement inside tight feed mechanisms. The material offers inherent resistance to UV exposure, temperature variation and repeated mechanical stress — essential for UK ambient conditions. Surface hardness is calibrated to balance grip and release, preventing curling or creasing of standard 80 gsm paper. Installation requires only removal of the old roller and insertion of the new unit — no recalibration or firmware updates needed. Each unit undergoes dimensional spot-checking to ensure repeatability across production batches.
