Luthier Bridge Alignment Clamping Tool

Engineered for precision bridge bonding in guitar making and repair. Measures 18 cm × 8 cm × 6 cm and weighs 420 g. Built with CNC-machined mild steel levers and fasteners, paired with dense, fine-grained beech wood for base, pressure pad, and bridge cradle. Designed for bridges up to 120 mm wide and 15 mm tall — accommodates compensated, slotted, and through-bridge designs common on Martin, Taylor, and handmade Spanish-style instruments. Applies directional pressure perpendicular to the soundboard surface, minimising lateral shear forces that can distort thin spruce tops. Validated for use with aliphatic resin (Titebond), hide glue, and epoxy-based laminating adhesives during full cure cycles.
