Il est automatiquement rglable, facile utiliser, facile installer, sr, fiable, cologique et respectueux de l'environnement. Largement utilis dans les piscines, les barils, les rservoirs et autres rcipients contenant de leau, de lhuile, de lacide et des alcalis, dans les mnages, les usines et les mines. Un moteur de 750 W ou moins peut utiliser directement l'interrupteur flotteur. Si le moteur est suprieur 750 W, il est conseill d'utiliser un contacteur AC.
