FK12 FF12 CNC Linear Motion Support Kit

Dedicated end support solution for 12 mm ball screws in industrial automation and light-duty CNC machinery. The kit comprises FF12 (fixed end) and FK12 (free end) bearing units, each featuring hardened steel housings and pre-adjusted angular contact ball bearings. Housing material: GCr15 bearing steel; bearing grade: ABEC-5. Mounting: Four M4 threaded holes per unit, 20 mm pitch. Compatible with standard DIN 69051-form ball screws. Provides axial rigidity at the drive end and controlled axial float at the non-driven end—optimising screw resonance characteristics and extending usable stroke life. Tested for continuous operation at 3000 rpm with rated dynamic load capacity of 4.2 kN (FF12) and 2.8 kN (FK12).
