EMI-Resistant 32-Microstep Driver

Engineered for mission-critical motion control, this stepper driver accepts DC 9–40V input and delivers regulated output current from 0.5A to 4A, with a maximum output power of 160W. Its footprint measures approx. 9.5 × 7 × 2.7 cm and it weighs 148g. Key design highlights include seven selectable microstep configurations — up to 32 microsteps — a large-area heatsink for passive cooling, automatic half-current mode for reduced idle heating, and intrinsic resistance to high-frequency electromagnetic interference. Electrical safety is reinforced with overheat, overcurrent, short-circuit, and input anti-reverse protection. All settings — current level and microstep resolution — are configured via physical switches, ensuring deterministic behaviour and eliminating reliance on configuration software or USB interfaces that may fail in harsh environments.
