Description

The AHT10 is equipped with a newly designed ASIC- chip, an improved MEMS semiconductor capacitive humidity sensing elements and a standard on-chip temperature sensing elements. The AHT10, a new generation of temperature and humidity sensors, sets a new standard in size and intelligence. It is embedded in a dual-row flat leadless SMD package for reflow soldering with a 4 x 5mm bottom and a height of 1.6mm. performance has been greatly improved beyond the reliability level of previous generation sensors. AHT10 High Digital Temperature and Humidity Sensor Measurement Module I2C Communication The sensor outputs a calibrated digital signal in standard I 2C .
