0.8mm Titanium-Copper Nozzle Kit

Three-piece 0.8 mm nozzle kit engineered for Bambu Lab’s K1 Max, K1C, and V3 platforms. Each nozzle combines a titanium alloy heat break (for low axial heat conduction), a high-conductivity copper alloy nozzle body, and a wear-resistant hardened steel tip. Designed with an enlarged melt zone to support volumetric flow up to 30 mm³/s and verified stable operation at 240°C. Compatible with standard desktop thermoplastics (PLA, ABS, PETG), flexible materials (TPU), semi-crystalline polymers (PP, PC), and reinforced filaments (PA-, PET- based). Total package weight: ~6.3 g. No additional tools or adapters needed — direct replacement for original equipment.
